Community Engagement

We offer programs, events, and activities through out the year to enrich our community connection.

In response to the COVID-19 heath crisis, our caring group of volunteers and staff launched the WeCare Program, offering support for their neighbors in need. From snow shoveling and shopping to delivery of food baskets, hot meals, and paper products like TP, they found an opportunity to serve the elderly and others in need. The great response of gratitude was surpassed by the offer from more neighbors to help out and participate!  This is an amazing community we all live in when the volunteers and support outweighs the needs!  Eudaimonia plans to continue the WeCare program, serving neighbors in need, for years to come. If you or a neighbor has a need, please contact us at 833-568-7474 or email

Eudaimonia offers diverse workshops and programs for all ages, including after-school and home school programs.  Visit LIFEKour Academy for youth program details.

  • Students are in their “Aspire” Studio and our entire facility/property, not a classroom with standard desks.
    • Students engage in their Core Skill Sessions and Project work anywhere in the studio, LIFEKour Academy Gym, or outdoors, giving them freedom and movement to work in an environment that supports them best.
  • Student Self-governed
    • they inspire and support each other, as well as hold one another accountable to their chosen rules and schedule. Everyone will have an opportunity to lead and by led by another students, helping every student find their helpful and leadership skills.
  • Self-directed Learning
    • We cultivate self-directed learners.  They are guided by his or her interests and is able to set and achieve learning goals, research questions, solve problems, participate in discussions, and strive for mastery.  The work more independently then in many other learning environments.
  • Socratic Method
    • The guide sets up scenarios and asks questions to stimulate critical thinking and independent learning.  This is an alternative to lectures, as we believe through discussions and actively making arguments to support their beliefs, students hone their thinking and speaking abilities, gaining better understanding of a topic than by passive note taking.
  • Socratic Discussions
    •  These often are a part of and lead into the students Quests or Civilization Projects.
  • Hero’s Journey
    • We cultivate and guide every Aspire student to learn and know “they have a profound calling and purpose to discover, which will impact the world!  Every student is a Hero!”
  • Project-based Learning (Quests and Civilizations)
    • These are real-world adventures that make learning fun and challenging. Lasting 1-8 weeks, quests put learners in the shoes of someone who must solve an important program.  Learners must use 21-century skills in areas such as chemistry, physics, robotics, math, public speaking, art, marketing (and more!) to complete a series of challenges and achieve a goal.  The Quest ends with an exhibition for Aspire families, and occasional the public.
  • Emotional Intelligence
    • Students will be trained, then guided in practice, of emotional intelligence.  This is the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one’s goal(s).
  • No homework assigned.
    • We believe students need time to relax, rejuvenate, and spend time with their family.  They are free to work at home on Core Skills or on Quests (projects) at home.
  • Movement-Centric
    • Each student will find a passion for what “moves” them.
      • We will guide students to find what movement (activity) the love to do, and often! Countless research shows movement and physical health improves all areas of your life and ability to learn. We will help them find and master what moves them.
    • Neuro and Anatomy Training
      • Everyone is a complex neurological organism that learns and refines skills through movement. All data that enters the brain is through the senses, and every sense is activated by movement.  It is not just any movement, but how you move that matters.  Students will develop a complex, in-depth knowledge of their body and brain, learning and practicing how to master them working in sync, to flourish in all areas of their life!
  • Daily Outdoor Activities and Learning
    • Numerous studies show the great benefits of more outdoor time!  Exposure to natural light enhances health and mental performance.  Many sensory skill improvements: example, optometry and vision science studies show improved distance vision through increased outdoor time.   Exposure to fresh air and outdoor smells energizes students and increases their ability to focus.
  • Daily Mindfulness Practice
    • Mini-guided sessions to launch and end student’s day.  They will learn mindfulness skills to self-led for use before or during academic time, a moment of anxiety or fear, to transition from activity to activity, or when they simply need to refocus.
  • Core Skills (Reading/Writing/Math)
    • Independent and small-group work on core skills, daily sessions utilizing 21 Century learning software, digital platforms, and hands-on materials.  Each student will develop a personalized learning plan, student and parents working together with their intake guide.  These plans are evaluated quarterly, or as needed and requested by student/families. They are adjusted to ensure optimal student success in developing their love of learning and master those areas at their own speed and level.
