What kind of camp memories will your kids make this summer?  How about a unique experience they’ll never forget!  From NinjaKour Youth Camps to Extreme Teen NinjaKour Training…Flying Circus Camp to Mindfulness and Meditation Camps, there is a camp for everyone! 

1/2 days option: 12-3pm $160/week   ~  Full-days: 9am-3pm $300/week   

Space is limited!  ~  Register early and save!  ~  Prices increase May 1st!

Monthly members receive special savings, shown during check-out.

Campers can stay for open-gym sessions, M-F 3-4:30pm, for just $7/day

NinjaKour Camp (5-12 years old)

June 18-22, July 16-20, July 30-August 3 ~ 1/2 day: 12-3pm or full-day: 9am-3pm

This unique parkour, ninja warrior style training camp teaches skills rooted in foundational parkour skills, teaching campers lasting, movement skills to help them in any sport, obstacle, or activity.  On a rotational basis, skills will be taught (or expounded on for experienced students) on parkour equipment stations, floor, vaults, bars, walls, and trampoline.  Ninja skills are taught on a huge, real life ninja warrior obstacle course and equipment, indoors and outdoors!  Students will discover personal strengths and weaknesses (learning from failure).

These camps are as much about mental skill and discipline as they are physical.  Your child will have fun, while learning valuable skills to use in every aspect of their life!

Skill based games and activities will help students test and implement their skills, engaging them mentally and physically.  Our coaches embrace and exemplify our Kour Creed, which is a philosophy of positivity, to treat others and ourselves well, supportive and aim for progressions, not perfection.  Your child will build skills, friendships, and memories to last a life time!

STUDENTS NEED TO BRING & KNOW:

  • Arrive with a positive attitude, ready to have fun!
  • Bring a healthy, filling lunch. We have a fridge for cold foods and a microwave & toaster oven for heating food. Bring a full water bottle!
  • Attend in comfortable clothing to move in and bring layers/coat.
  • Bring light long sleeve and hat or apply sunscreen prior to arriving.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

  • Amazing fun and memories, of course!
  • Mid-morning and afternoon organic snacks. (please provide food allergy info for campers)
  • Access to filtered water to refill bottles.
  • Pleasantly exhausted, happy kids at the end of each day.

 

Move the Body to Still the Mind (12-16 year old)

June 11-15, 9:30am-3pm

Join compassionate, experienced mindfulness & yoga teacher, Becky Myers, for this unique teen camp.

Through guided mindfulness and meditation, small group discussions, and mindful movement & yoga, students will learn practices proven to support physical and emotional health and well-being to last a lifetime:

  • Focused and sustained attention practices.
  • Awareness of emotions and thoughts, how to manage them skillfully.
  • How to calm a busy mind.
  • Build positive relationship skills to apply with new friends, current friends, and family.
  • Recognize and develop character traits of empathy, open-mindedness, and resilience.
  • Practices for compassion for others and oneself.

STUDENTS NEED TO BRING & KNOW:

  • Bring a healthy, filling lunch. We have a fridge for cold foods and a microwave & toaster oven for heating food. Bring a full water bottle!

Extreme Teen NinjaKour Camp! (12-16 year olds)

July 23-27 ~ 1/2 day camp: 12-3pm

Bring your teen to the most extreme, fun, challenging camp in Colorado! From the massive real-life indoor ninja warrior course to the outdoor obstacle course, students will experience challenges and obstacles like they have never seen before! This unique parkour, ninja warrior style training camp teaches foundational parkour skills rooted in WFPF Academy training. WFPF (World Freerunning Parkour Federation). Students will discover personal strengths and weaknesses (learning from failure).

Aerial Camp~Mindfulness & Movement (8-12 years old)

June 25-29, 9am-3pm

This dynamic aerial yoga camp will create childhood memories to last a lifetime!  The camp incorporates Aerial Yoga, nature walks, no-bake snack making, sound bath music making, self-massage lessons with Yamuna Body Rolling, art hours, creative writing, and movement storytelling.

Located at Eudaimonia Human Flourishing Center’s gym and property, this tranquil location offers a beautiful 50 foot peak, wood ceiling building, using colorful silk aerial yoga hammocks and the 11 wooded acres for outdoor excursions and activities.

 

STUDENTS NEED TO BRING & KNOW:

  • Arrive with a positive attitude, ready to have fun!
  • Bring a healthy, filling lunch. We have a fridge for cold foods and a microwave & toaster oven for heating food. Bring a full water bottle!
  • Attend in comfortable clothing free of sequence, clips, exposed snaps, or anything that could snag the silk fabric of hammocks, and no hair clips. Wear layers for outside time.
  • Bring light long sleeve and hat or apply sunscreen prior to arriving.

Circus Camps  (6-9 years old) & (10-15 years old)

July 9-13, 9am-3pm

Our Aerial Coach, Angelina, brings her extensive training & experience from London and Hollywood to the foothills of Colorado! Her background in dance, circus, aerial and silk work, stilts, stage fighting, and martial arts combines into a fun-filled, exciting camp for our local youth & teens!

The students will experience strength & conditioning, Floor Acrobatics, Acro-yoga (partner acrobatics), Aerial Hammock, Mime, and Animal Character Study! They will also each learn to make a neat mask, a camp memento they get to take home. At the end of the week the students will confidently share what they have learned with their parents and siblings through a Cirque Showcase Performance!

There is separate event registration on this website calendar for 6-9 and 10-15 year old camps.  Each age group camp will work on age relevant skills, challenges and games. The camps run simultaneously, with coaches changing out activities and groups throughout the day. During part of the Cirque Showcase the students will work with their Acro-yoga skills (partner acrobatics, with a smaller or larger student as their partner).
